In order to fulfill its responsibilities as a company engaged in the information processing business, the Corporation shall make efforts at all times to use and protect personal information, individual number and specific personal information in an appropriate manner in order to raise the level of trust with its customers and society.

1. With respect to personal information, individual number and specific personal information associated with its business activities, the Corporation shall collect, use, and provide information in accordance with internal rules on security control measures, within the scope of specified purpose of use.
2. The Corporation shall comply with laws, regulations, guidelines and other rules in Japan pertaining to handling of personal information, individual number and specific personal information.
3. To prevent improper access to and loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal information, individual number and specific personal information, the Corporation shall conduct sufficient education and preventive measures, and take strict actions against any executive or employee found in violation.
4. In the event of loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, individual number and specific personal information, the Corporation shall take corrective measures.
5. The Corporation shall establish a contact point for complaint consultation with respect to personal information, individual number and specific personal information in order to appropriately respond to such matters.
6. The Corporation shall establish Personal information protection management system to protect personal information, including individual number and specific personal information, and shall implement, maintain, and regularly review and improve the same.
